Project Manager – Luxury Residential Construction

About the role

Capstone Homes is seeking a full‑time Project Manager (or Senior Project Manager) to lead the planning, scheduling, and delivery of high‑end residential projects across exclusive Bahamian communities. The role requires on‑site presence in the Bahamas and a deep understanding of luxury custom home construction.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers to keep projects on track.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor site activities for quality, safety, and compliance with building codes.
• Track material orders, logistics, and expediting to avoid delays.
• Conduct regular inspections and progress reporting to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve issues that could impact timeline, cost, or quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury residential construction, preferably in super‑prime custom homes.
• Strong project management capabilities including planning, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to work on‑site in the Bahamas and manage multiple phases simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using MS Project.
• Familiarity with Procore construction software.
