Quantitative Researcher – Data‑Driven Research Team

About the role

We are partnering with a technology‑driven research organisation seeking a highly analytical Quantitative Researcher to join its growing team. The role involves working with large, complex datasets, developing statistical models, identifying patterns and turning research ideas into practical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative research and statistical analysis across large datasets.
• Develop and test mathematical and statistical models.
• Identify patterns and relationships within complex data.
• Design and evaluate experiments to validate research hypotheses.
• Build analytical tools and research workflows in Python.
• Collaborate with researchers and engineers to move ideas from research to implementation.
• Communicate findings clearly and contribute to new research approaches.

Required profile

• Advanced degree in a highly quantitative discipline (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering).
• Strong foundations in probability, statistics and applied mathematics.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct independent, high‑quality research.
• Strong Python programming experience with large datasets.
• Experience applying statistical or machine‑learning techniques to real‑world problems.
