Relationship Manager Financial Solutions

About the role

RBC is hiring a Relationship Manager Financial Solutions in Dunmore Town, Bahamas, for its Personal & Commercial Banking platform. The role focuses on retaining and growing a portfolio of high-value and affluent clients through deeper relationships and onboarding new clients referred by RBC partners and existing clients. It is a full-time, salaried position with 35 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Retain and grow a portfolio of high-value and affluent clients, helping the full branch team attract, nurture and grow client relationships, and taking part in advice and community events.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience by giving advice and solutions for immediate and future needs, drawing on expertise in everyday banking, credit solutions and investments.
• Create and run a contact management strategy to connect regularly with clients and discuss their financial needs.
• Promote RBC's Multi-Channel and Digital solutions to clients and employees, and act as a mentor to branch colleagues.
• Manage risk by following compliance routines, processes and controls to protect client and shareholder interests.

Required profile

• Demonstrated passion for client experience and the ability to build loyal client relationships that generate referrals.
• Minimum 2 years of retail lending experience and proven ability to provide suitable credit solutions.
• University degree in Business, Finance or Banking, or equivalent; consideration given to those pursuing a degree.
• Nice to have: strong knowledge of the market and competitors.
