Senior Water Treatment Systems Manager – Half Moon Cay

About the role

The Senior Water Treatment Systems Manager leads the strategic direction and overall oversight of the seawater reverse‑osmosis desalination plant and wastewater treatment system for Half Moon Cay. This role ensures sustainable, high‑quality water supply while maintaining compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all potable water production systems, including reverse‑osmosis (RO) plants, and develop long‑term capacity plans.
• Monitor water quality, pressure, flow rates, and system performance to meet safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate emergency response and continuity planning for water supply interruptions, hurricanes, and other incidents.
• Develop and execute annual maintenance plans, capital replacement strategies, and spare‑parts inventory management.
• Lead repairs, contractor activities, and reliability initiatives for water and wastewater infrastructure.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of water storage tanks, pumps, distribution lines, and wastewater treatment facilities.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience managing large‑scale water treatment or desalination facilities.
• Proven track record in regulatory compliance, safety standards, and environmental stewardship.
• Strong leadership and cross‑functional collaboration skills with engineering, operations, and facilities teams.
