Service Technician

About the role

We are seeking a Service Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and reliability of industrial equipment and dosing systems at customer locations. The role involves direct interaction with customers to ensure optimal performance, proper product application, and compliance with maintenance schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and dosing systems.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and optimize mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Provide on‑site training to customers on proper equipment use and operation.
• Prepare service visit reports and conduct technical assessments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and ensure successful service delivery.

Required profile

• Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Food Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of equipment maintenance experience, preferably in laundries, industrial kitchens, or dosing systems.
• Customer‑service orientation with professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer locations.

Required skills

• Use of diagnostic tools such as multimeters.
• Proficiency with power tools and hand tools.
• Basic plumbing knowledge.
