Transportation Supervisor – Half Moon Cay

About the role

The Transportation Supervisor oversees all guest and client transport operations at Half Moon Cay, ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality shuttle services, private transfers, and other transportation needs.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate shuttle services, private transfers, and guest transport, managing schedules and logistics.
• Lead a team of drivers and coordinators, providing training, performance feedback, and support.
• Handle guest interactions, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive experience.
• Monitor vehicle fleet maintenance, cleanliness, safety inspections, and compliance with regulations.
• Track transportation budgets, analyze operational data, and implement cost‑saving improvements.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Transportation Management, Hospitality or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of transportation management or similar experience with a strong focus on guest services.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Physically fit to work indoor and outdoor environments and handle occasional machinery operation.
