AC Technician

About the role

The AC Technician will work on a variety of air conditioning systems in different settings, inspecting and servicing systems, diagnosing issues, and performing maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems
• Inspect and diagnose issues in AC units
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure system efficiency
• Replace or repair damaged components
• Provide estimates for repair work and parts
• Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards
• Maintain accurate records of service calls and repairs
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain issues and repairs

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited HVAC program
• Minimum of 2 years experience in HVAC or air conditioning systems
• Strong problem‑solving and diagnostic skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks and lift heavy equipment
