Barber at Luxury Resort Spa

About the role

Mandara Spa at Atlantis Paradise Island is seeking a skilled Barber to join its grooming team. You will provide premium hair and beard services to an international, high‑tipping clientele in a world‑class resort setting.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver haircuts, fades, scissor cuts, line‑ups, beard trims, and straight razor shaves.
• Consult with guests on style, recommend services, and suggest retail grooming products when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, organized station that meets spa sanitation standards.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines while supporting the wider spa team.

Required profile

• Valid barber or cosmetology license (or equivalent certification).
• Strong technical skills in classic and modern barbering techniques.
• 2+ years of professional experience preferred; newer barbers with solid foundations are encouraged.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills with flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
