Bartender/Cashier – Luxury Resort Bar

About the role

The Bartender/Cashier will manage the bar at the Martini Bar and Lounge, delivering a seamless food and beverage experience for guests at The Ocean Club, a Four Seasons Resort in the Bahamas. The role combines beverage preparation with accurate cash handling and guest interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks according to resort recipes.
• Process orders and payments using the POS system, ensuring accuracy of guest checks.
• Maintain bar stock levels, order supplies, and keep the bar area clean and organized.
• Greet guests warmly, use their names, and provide menu recommendations and information on specials.

Required profile

• Ability to work legally in the Bahamas without sponsorship.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering courteous, prompt service.
• Team player who assists colleagues to ensure efficient service flow.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS (point‑of‑sale) systems.
• Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and standard recipes.
