Client Relations Specialist

About the role

Fidelity Bank (Bahamas) Limited is looking for a client‑focused professional to manage and grow relationships with loan, deposit and merchant services customers in Nassau. The role combines account management, financial consulting and business development to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Open and maintain accounts for loan, deposit and merchant services clients, conducting regular reviews to identify needs and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Meet with clients to assess their financial situation, provide planning advice and recommend appropriate banking products.
• Prepare and submit merchant services and loan applications, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolve issues promptly and coordinate with other departments for seamless service delivery.
• Support business development by identifying up‑selling opportunities, delivering presentations at events and contributing to market research.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in client relations, banking or financial services is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of banking products such as loans, deposits, merchant services and investment options.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• High level of confidentiality, professionalism and organizational skills.
