Emerging Products and Business Intelligence Manager

About the role

The Emerging Products and Business Intelligence Manager is the primary data interpreter and insight presenter for consumer service analysis. You will partner with product developers, marketers and cross‑functional teams to drive retention, acquisition and revenue optimization strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an enterprise view of consumer behavior by integrating wireline and wireless data sources.
• Analyze product lifecycle performance, campaign ROI, pricing strategy and competitive positioning; produce executive dashboards and recommendations.
• Lead market and economic analyses to identify trends influencing product development and investment.
• Drive ideation, business casing and go‑to‑market strategy for new product lines, collaborating with Product, Finance, Marketing, Legal and Procurement.
• Screen emerging technologies and startups, source partners and vendors, and build comprehensive business cases.
• Conduct cost of acquisition and retention analyses, support budget allocations and margin optimization.
• Collaborate with Finance to track initiative budgets and ensure KPI alignment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, Communications or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Strong understanding of business intelligence tools, data architecture and governance.
• Deep knowledge of consumer trends, digital marketing metrics and product lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage multiple initiatives.
