Guest Service Clerk – Half Moon Cay & Princess Cay

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Guest Service Clerks to join our team on Half Moon Cay and Princess Cay. In this role you will interact directly with cruise‑ship guests, helping them enjoy their island experience while promoting and processing sales of merchandise and services.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with guests on the islands to encourage purchases of items and services.
• Accurately record sales transactions, bag purchases and maintain cash registers.
• Balance end‑of‑day cash drawers and reconcile transactions.
• Maintain sales records, prepare daily reports and communicate results to management.
• Collaborate with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Minimum three years of experience in sales, VIP services or related hospitality roles.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good problem‑solving skills.
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
