About the role

Key responsibilities

• Perform lifeguard duties and monitor guest safety in all resort pool areas.
• Collaborate with the land sport supervisor to organise pool monitoring according to company standards.
• Coordinate workload and task distribution with fellow lifeguards.
• Update signage and postings as needed and maintain pool hygiene standards.
• Implement corrective actions, manage materials, and report any issues to the sport manager.
