Operations Associate

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Associate who thrives on precision and enjoys staying close to the fast‑moving world of crypto markets. This hands‑on role supports our crypto‑native hedge fund by managing operational workflows across the trade lifecycle, digital asset operations, and reconciliations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute wallet management workflows across hot, cold, and MPC custody solutions.
• Monitor and document staking, bridging, and smart‑contract interactions.
• Own trade lifecycle processes including trade capture, margin tracking, settlements, and reconciliation.
• Perform post‑trade processes such as daily reconciliations, margin management, collateral monitoring, and trade settlements.
• Maintain data accuracy across fund admin, prime broker, and custody partners and push back on discrepancies.
• Support operational security, incident documentation, and business continuity testing.
• Collaborate with engineering, compliance, research, and trading teams to keep workflows humming and drive process automation.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of operations experience at a hedge fund, trading firm, or crypto financial services business.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to spot errors in large data sets.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, high‑stakes environments with shifting priorities.
• Strong structured thinking and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Clear, proactive communication across teams.
