Racquets Manager (Luxury Resort)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Racquets Manager to lead all racquet‑sport activities at our luxury resort. The role combines coaching, event organization, equipment management and guest interaction to deliver a premium experience for members and their families.

Key responsibilities

• Promote racquet sports, recruit participants and schedule lessons, tournaments and clinics.
• Provide instruction and coaching for tennis, pickleball, padel and other racquet activities.
• Liaise daily with members to arrange lessons, sunset‑park activities and appointments.
• Organise tennis tournaments, family games and coordinated events with resort management.
• Order and manage racquet‑sport and sunset‑park supplies following company procedures.
• Prepare and maintain all sport areas to high standards, including equipment setup, cleaning and storage.
• Perform equipment maintenance such as racket restringing, court brushing and roller use.
• Ensure all areas are safe, tidy and ready for use before and after guest sessions.
• Run weekly softball, bat, paddle‑sport sessions and beach volleyball/tennis events.
• Deliver complimentary sessions for youth camps and adult tasters.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in a 4‑5 star resort or luxury hospitality environment.
• Previous guest‑service experience.
• First Aid certification.
• Certified tennis coach; additional certifications in pickleball, padel or other racquet sports preferred.
• Strong swimming ability and good judgment.
