Reservation Planning Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an organized and client‑focused Reservation Planning Coordinator to research options, coordinate reservations, and manage important details throughout the planning process. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, enjoys helping others, and can keep multiple requests organized while providing professional and timely support.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Research accommodations, transportation, activities, and related services.
• Assist with planning, coordinating, and reviewing reservation availability and details.
• Provide confirmations, updates, and relevant information, and handle modifications and special requests.
• Maintain accurate client and reservation records and follow up on pending requests.
• Coordinate with service providers when necessary to ensure details are accurate.
