Senior Audit Professional – Financial Services Office (Insurance)

About the role

Join EY’s Financial Services Office (FSO) Insurance team as a Senior Audit professional. You will work with multi‑disciplinary teams across the Bahamas, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands, delivering assurance services to insurance clients and helping them meet reporting requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Balance time between managing a portfolio of audit projects and engaging directly with clients.
• Lead and coach a team of audit professionals, ensuring they have the tools and information to grow.
• Develop and execute client‑focused audit strategies and complex audit procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related business discipline.
• Minimum 18 months of audit experience in a public accounting firm.
• Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
• Working knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.
