Senior Project Manager – IT Transformation

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead complex technology and business change initiatives for Coralisle Group Ltd, reporting to the Director of IT Transformation. You will be accountable for integrated plans, delivery outcomes, budget control and risk management across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Own project initiation, scope definition, business case inputs, success measures and acceptance criteria with sponsors.
• Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans covering technology, data, testing, training, cutover and operational readiness.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and external partners, assign owners, remove impediments and ensure commitments are met.
• Manage implementation, testing, migration, and handover with documented acceptance and transition to support.
• Establish proportionate governance, decision rights, reporting cadence and maintain RAID logs.
• Control scope through impact assessments and formal change decisions.
• Ensure security, privacy, compliance, architecture and procurement controls are engaged at appropriate stages.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, resource demand and actual spend, explaining variances.
• Coordinate vendor deliverables, dependencies and contract obligations, raising performance concerns promptly.
• Build relationships with executive sponsors, business leaders, IT teams, vendors and users across jurisdictions.

Required profile

• PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of experience delivering complex technology and business change initiatives.
• Experience in insurance or regulated financial services strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, facilitate decisions and communicate clearly.
• Knowledge of change management, data/system integration, cybersecurity, privacy and operational transition.
