Student Clerk

About the role

The Student Clerk will support engineering and administrative projects by handling both administrative duties and basic technical tasks. This position is ideal for a student pursuing secondary education with an interest in engineering or design.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with surveying tasks such as construction staking, marking property lines, performing topographic surveys, and supporting GPS equipment usage.
• Research resources for commercially available equipment.
• Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks related to surveying, civil engineering, or office operations.
• Document project decisions, meetings, and instructions from team members.
• Review all project documents for accuracy and completeness.

Required profile

• Strong interest in engineering consulting.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Clear oral and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with modeling software is a plus.
• Pursuing secondary education with an interest in engineering or design.
