Summer Internship Program – Celebration Key & Half Moon Cay

About the role

The inaugural paid Summer Internship Program offers Bahamian students hands‑on experience at two new destinations – Celebration Key in Freeport and RelaxAway at Half Moon Cay. Interns will support destination operations, develop professional skills and explore career paths in cruise, hospitality, tourism, technology and engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations in areas such as housekeeping, guest services, lifeguarding, IT and engineering.
• Gain real‑world experience by working alongside experienced leaders and participating in professional‑development sessions.
• Build relationships across departments and contribute to a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.

Required profile

• Bahamian resident, high‑school senior (graduating before the program) or currently enrolled college/university student.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 and available for the full period (June 14 – August 20, 2027).
• Strong communication, teamwork and organizational skills, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to work assigned schedules, including weekends, holidays and varying shifts.
