Yacht Cleaner

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Yacht Cleaner to join our exterior cleaning team. You will be responsible for delivering a pristine first impression for guests as they step aboard our vessels, working flexible hours that include early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a full exterior clean of yachts from bridge deck to engine bays, including rinsing, soap washing, chamois drying and detailed polishing.
• Scrub decks daily, clean shower curtains, railings, external cushions, bilges, lockers, helm stations, winch handles, cup holders and dorades.
• Buff surfaces, clean rubbing strakes and ensure exhaust outlets are spotless.
• Report any defects observed during cleaning to the technical manager.
• Use cleaning chemicals safely and cost‑effectively, and suggest improvements to cleaning techniques.
• Assist other departments and undertake reasonable additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a cleaning role is desirable but not mandatory.
• Comfortable moving confidently around yachts and working at height.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high‑standard results.
• Self‑motivated, reliable and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Team‑player who supports colleagues when needed.
