Data Graphics Controller

About the role

Amentum is looking for a Data Graphics Controller to support the Atlantic Undersea Test and Evaluation Center (AUTEC) on Andros Island, Bahamas. The role involves collecting, generating, and managing real‑time track and graphic data for naval test operations while ensuring compliance with security and clearance requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Operate real‑time range data systems to meet test operation requirements efficiently.
• Review test operation documents (directives, test plans, briefings, naval messages) to confirm data collection, graphic display, audio recording, and event logging needs.
• Coordinate audio and tracking requirements with Computer Room personnel before, during, and after tests.
• Support recorded test playback and attend pre‑test briefs, planning, and scheduling meetings.
• Prepare and staff tracking and graphic stations in the Real‑time Display Center according to directives and schedules.
• Implement real‑time changes to graphic displays to satisfy user interface requirements.
• Maintain real‑time logs and supplemental documentation per established procedures.
• Ensure all data handling meets current security standards and provide technical evaluations of any real‑time issues.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience operating computers in a Microsoft Windows environment.
• 3 years of military service or commercial experience in large‑scale test operations (can substitute for a degree).
• BA/BS in Engineering, Science, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
• Strong ability to process large amounts of information and multitask in a fast‑paced, low‑light environment.
