Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, answering product questions and offering recommendations.
• Operate the cash register and process payments accurately using a POS system.
• Promote featured items and meet daily sales targets.
• Restock merchandise, maintain tidy shelves, and keep the store clean and organized.
• Handle cash, refunds, and exchanges in compliance with store policies.
