Senior Spa Manager

About the role

The Senior Spa Manager will lead the pre‑opening mobilization and ongoing operation of Turquoise Waters Spa at Coral Sands Inn & Cottages. This role combines hands‑on treatment delivery with full responsibility for guest experience, team performance, revenue, and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all pre‑opening planning, recruitment, onboarding, training and scheduling of the spa team.
• Implement the approved treatment menu, pricing, protocols and service sequences.
• Establish SOPs, checklists, sanitation standards and opening/closing procedures.
• Coordinate product, linen, retail and supply inventories and support equipment commissioning.
• Manage daily spa, salon and wellness program operations, reservations, therapist utilization and room allocation.
• Monitor treatment quality, room presentation, sanitation and guest recovery.
• Ensure practitioner credential checks, assessments and certifications are completed.
