Audit Manager – Wealth & Asset Management (FSO)

About the role

EY is looking for an Audit Manager to join its Financial Services Office (FSO) Wealth & Asset Management team. You will work with multidisciplinary, global teams to deliver assurance services to clients in the asset management, private equity, banking, capital markets and insurance sectors, with a focus on the Bahamas, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands market segment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of assurance professionals across a portfolio of audit projects.
• Perform complex, industry‑specific audit procedures and develop client‑focused audit strategies.
• Coach and mentor audit staff, providing tools and opportunities for their growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to tailor assurance services and support business development.
• Identify potential risks, propose improvements to audit processes, and stay updated on emerging business trends and technologies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in audit, preferably within wealth and asset management or related financial services.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Ability to develop effective audit strategies and communicate insights to clients.
• Proactive approach to risk identification and process improvement.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry developments.
