Food & Beverage Supervisor

About the role

The Food & Beverage Supervisor will report to the F&B Manager and oversee daily operations of assigned dining outlets at The Abaco Club. This role ensures a seamless, high‑quality dining experience for members and guests by maintaining service standards, supervising staff, and embodying Southworth’s hospitality values.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate waitstaff, hosts/hostesses, and other service personnel.
• Maintain and enforce high service standards throughout the outlet.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance development.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and inventory checks.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly.

Required profile

• Proven experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a club or resort setting.
• Strong leadership and team‑building abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
