Agent Experience Manager

About the role

The Agent Experience Manager is a full‑time, on‑site position in Nassau that supports real‑estate agents and enhances their daily work experience. The role focuses on onboarding, training, and providing operational and administrative assistance to ensure agents have the tools and resources they need.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and training programs for new agents.
• Provide primary operational and administrative support to agents.
• Organise office workflows, events, and meetings.
• Maintain up‑to‑date information, materials, and resources.
• Streamline communication between agents and leadership.
• Gather feedback to improve agent satisfaction.
• Support marketing and listing processes.
• Contribute to a professional, welcoming office environment.

Required profile

• Strong organisational, time‑management and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in office administration, operations, or customer/agent support, preferably in real estate.
• Ability to work on‑site in Nassau, exercise sound judgment, handle confidential information and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
• Background in training, onboarding or event coordination is an asset; prior real‑estate experience or licensing is a plus.
