Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Lead Construction & Real Estate Business

About the role

We are looking for an accomplished Chief Executive Officer to steer the strategic growth, operational performance, and long‑term value creation of a diversified construction and real‑estate group. The CEO will own the organisation’s strategy, P&L, business development, construction delivery, real‑estate investment and stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute short‑, medium‑ and long‑term corporate strategy across construction, property development and investment.
• Lead business expansion, identify new markets, partnerships and investment opportunities.
• Take full ownership of P&L, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting and capital allocation.
• Oversee construction portfolio ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to required standards.
• Drive real‑estate acquisition, development, commercialisation and asset optimisation.
• Maintain strong relationships with banks, investors, institutional partners and other financial stakeholders.
• Establish governance, risk‑management, health‑safety, quality and regulatory compliance frameworks.

Required profile

• Proven senior executive with extensive experience in construction, property development, real‑estate investment or related sectors.
• Demonstrated track record of scaling businesses and managing large, complex project portfolios.
• Strong financial acumen with experience overseeing P&L, budgeting and capital planning.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence board‑level decision making.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with a history of building relationships with investors, banks and partners.
