Client Advisor / Salesperson

About the role

The Fitness Connection is expanding across the Bahamas and seeks enthusiastic Client Advisors to join its Nassau store. In this customer‑focused sales position you will help members achieve their health and fitness goals while earning a competitive hourly wage plus uncapped commission.

Key responsibilities

• Convert in‑store foot traffic into sales using a consultative sales process.
• Follow up daily with customers via phone and WhatsApp to build repeat business.
• Develop solid product knowledge of supplements and fitness offerings.
• Process transactions accurately through Shopify POS and maintain clean sales records.
• Maintain punctuality, accept feedback, and contribute to a team‑first environment.

Required profile

• Sales‑driven mindset comfortable with performance‑based pay.
• Strong communication and influencing abilities.
• Disciplined in daily follow‑up and execution.
• Ability to stand, move around the store and lift up to ~40 lb.
• High school diploma or equivalent; retail or sales experience preferred.
