Sales & Customer Account Representative

About the role

The Sales & Customer Account Representative is responsible for driving sales growth and maintaining strong customer relationships in line with company targets. The role involves handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and supporting the sales team across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire in‑depth knowledge of the company’s products, services, and policies to address customer inquiries and complaints.
• Achieve sales targets by executing established strategies across all sales channels.
• Serve as the primary front‑line contact for existing customers and new prospects, ensuring premium service quality.
• Provide backup support for other sales roles as needed.
• Identify and secure new customers while re‑engaging lost accounts.
• Conduct regular follow‑ups via meetings, phone, email, social media, and virtual platforms.
• Operate the ERP system and other digital platforms for sales processing, data entry, and reporting.
• Report abnormalities or process failures to the Sales Supervisor.
• Escalate sensitive or non‑conforming issues to the Sales Supervisor.
• Maintain a harmonious workplace and adhere to company policies, safety rules, and training instructions.
• Ensure tools and equipment are kept clean and safe.
• Assist the Sales and Administration Supervisor with administrative and reporting tasks.

Required skills
