Deal Advisory Associate – Transaction Services

About the role

PwC is seeking a motivated Associate to join its Deals Advisory team in Nassau. You will support clients through mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and restructuring, helping them maximise value and navigate complex transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct due‑diligence research and financial analysis for M&A and divestiture projects.
• Prepare and review financial models, cash‑flow forecasts and business valuations.
• Assist in the preparation of transaction documentation and draft reports.
• Analyse deal structures, carve‑outs and contractual risk to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with senior team members and client stakeholders to manage the transaction process.
