Electrician – High Voltage & Facility Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Electrician to maintain and operate all electrical equipment at our private beach destination. The role involves working with high‑voltage systems, kitchen and laundry installations, and a variety of electric vehicles and marine assets, always prioritising safety for guests and team members.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation of electrical equipment in kitchen venues, laundry rooms and other guest areas.
• Perform maintenance on electric vehicles, e‑trams, e‑bikes, heavy machinery and boats.
• Troubleshoot and repair CCTV/Data systems.
• Inspect, test and maintain fire alarm systems.
• Check and service audio‑video (Videlio) equipment.
• Set up and maintain satellite dishes, TV units and weather‑station antennas.
• Assist the supervisor with high‑voltage equipment work.
• Follow all safety protocols, PPE and chemical‑management policies.
• Read work orders, keep accurate inspection records and report discrepancies to the Electronic Manager.
• Maintain an orderly, clean work area and ensure adequate spare‑part inventory.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience with electrical maintenance and high‑voltage equipment.
• Strong safety‑first mindset and ability to follow company SOPs.
• Capability to read and interpret electrical drawings, service manuals and schematics.
• Effective communication skills (in‑person, radio, written).
• Team‑oriented attitude with good time‑management.
