About the role

The Head of Human Resources joins the executive leadership team and serves as the chief architect of the organization’s workforce strategy. This senior position is responsible for aligning HR initiatives with safety, operational reliability, regulatory compliance, and financial performance while representing the company to external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Direct talent acquisition, recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing employee development.
• Build succession plans and maintain a talent pipeline for technical and supervisory roles.
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, and culture‑inclusion programs.
• Design and manage compensation and benefits programs, staying current with industry benchmarks.
• Review, update, and draft employee policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Partner with safety and occupational health leads on wellness programs and safety audits.
• Lead organizational change initiatives, drive workforce adoption of new systems, and provide executive‑level reporting on workforce risk and strategy.

Required profile

• Member of the company’s leadership team with proven strategic HR experience.
• Demonstrated ability to link workforce decisions to safety, operational, regulatory, and financial outcomes.
• Experience managing talent pipelines, succession planning, and employee engagement at an executive level.
• Strong governance and policy‑management background in a regulated environment.
