HR Concierge (Contracted)

About the role

The HR Concierge serves as the welcoming face of the Human Resources department, handling visitor reception, front‑desk operations, and a range of administrative tasks that support recruitment and employee onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist internal and external visitors and callers in a courteous, professional manner.
• Manage the front desk: handle phones, incoming/outgoing packages, and the HR inbox.
• Schedule interviews, coordinate candidate communications, and arrange employee physicals, competency tests, and background checks.
• Maintain and update the department’s resume database and create pre‑employment screening profiles.
• Enter new‑hire data into the HRIS system promptly and ensure all personnel files are scanned and filed within 72 hours.
• Prepare job letters, memos, flyers, and other HR correspondence.
• Generate monthly HR activity reports (e.g., visitor counts) and assist with ordering office supplies.
• Provide first‑point compliance support by compiling and organizing employee personal information.
