Logistics Coordinator

About the role

Brickell Management Group is looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage the efficient movement of materials, equipment, and operational supplies across the Group and its affiliated companies. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple shipments in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments of materials, equipment, and operational supplies.
• Schedule and manage shipments with freight forwarders, shipping agents, air cargo providers, and other logistics partners.
• Track shipments from origin to final delivery and provide timely status updates to internal stakeholders.
• Monitor delivery timelines to ensure alignment with operational and project schedules.
• Support customs clearance processes, liaise with customs brokers, and provide required documentation.
• Maintain shipping documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, import permits, and customs documents.
• Communicate with international suppliers to confirm shipment readiness and transportation arrangements.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams regarding incoming materials, deliveries, and inventory receipt.
• Resolve shipment discrepancies, delays, damages, or customs issues.
• Maintain accurate shipment records, logistics tracking logs, and prepare status reports for management.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency and reduce shipping costs.

Required profile

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination, freight forwarding, or shipping operations.
• Hands‑on experience managing international shipments and customs clearance processes.
• Knowledge of shipping documentation and import/export procedures.
• Experience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, international suppliers, and logistics partners.
