About the role
Four Seasons is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the engineering team at The Ocean Club, a Four Seasons Resort in the Bahamas. The role focuses on keeping all hotel equipment in optimal condition, minimizing downtime, and supporting a world‑class guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Perform day‑to‑day maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment under the direction of Engineering Management.
- Ensure compliance with fire and safety procedures at all times.
- Identify and address equipment issues promptly to reduce downtime.
- Support continuous improvement of engineering services across the resort.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation of facilities.
Required profile
- Strong understanding of fire and safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently and follow engineering management directives.
- Commitment to delivering high‑quality service in a luxury hospitality environment.
