Plumber – Luxury Beach Resort

About the role

The Plumber will ensure that all water, waste, gas and hot‑liquid systems at the resort operate safely and efficiently. This position supports guest comfort and the overall hygiene of the property by maintaining a wide range of plumbing installations.

Key responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and layout drawings for plumbing, waste disposal and water supply systems.
• Install, repair and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems and fixtures, coordinating with existing electrical infrastructure.
• Maintain water supply, freshwater, seawater, rainwater and sewage treatment systems, including DWV networks.
• Respond to emergencies such as broken drainage lines, clogged drains, leaking faucets and malfunctioning appliances.
• Install and service gas and liquid heating systems, air‑conditioning units and radiators.
• Operate and maintain reverse‑osmosis (RO) and sewage‑treatment‑plant (STP) equipment.
• Perform routine inspections, record work orders and communicate status to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure proper use of PPE and chemical safety procedures.
