President – Construction & Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking an accomplished and commercially driven President to lead the overall business performance, strategic growth, and operational execution of a diversified construction and real‑estate organization. The President will provide executive leadership across construction, real‑estate development, property investment, business development, project delivery and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the company's overall business operations and execute its strategic objectives, translating the Board's vision into clear annual and long‑term plans.
• Assume full responsibility for revenue, profitability, cash flow and P&L performance, driving sustainable growth while maintaining strong financial discipline.
• Provide executive oversight of the construction portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and in compliance with all regulations.
• Direct the real‑estate development strategy, overseeing land acquisition, feasibility, financing, planning, construction, sales, leasing and asset disposition.
• Drive new business generation and expand market presence through relationships with investors, developers, financial institutions and strategic partners.

Required profile

• Proven senior executive with extensive experience in construction, real‑estate development, property investment or related sectors.
• Demonstrated track record of managing large‑scale operations and full P&L responsibility.
• Ability to translate board vision into measurable business results and to set organizational KPIs.
• Strong financial discipline, strategic thinking and experience in capital allocation.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and driving growth in diversified environments.
