President – Construction & Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for an accomplished President to steer a diversified construction and real‑estate group. The role combines overall business performance, strategic growth and operational execution across construction, development, property investment and related activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the company’s business operations and translate the Board’s vision into short‑ and long‑term plans, identifying opportunities for expansion, acquisitions and new markets.
• Own revenue, profitability, cash flow and P&L, overseeing budgets, forecasts, capital expenditure and resource allocation.
• Provide executive oversight of the construction portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and in compliance with health, safety and quality standards.
• Direct the real‑estate development pipeline, from land acquisition and feasibility through financing, construction, sales, leasing and asset disposition.
• Drive business development initiatives, building relationships with investors, developers, financial institutions and strategic partners.

Required profile

• Proven senior executive with extensive experience in construction, real‑estate development, property investment, infrastructure or engineering sectors.
• Demonstrated track record of managing large‑scale operations and full P&L responsibility.
• Strong strategic thinking, financial discipline and ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
