President – Construction & Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for an accomplished President to steer a diversified construction and real‑estate group. The role combines executive leadership, strategic growth, and operational oversight across construction, development, property investment and business development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall business operations and translate the Board’s vision into clear annual and long‑term plans.
• Drive revenue, profitability, cash flow and P&L performance while maintaining financial discipline.
• Oversee the construction portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and in compliance with all regulations.
• Define and execute the real‑estate development strategy, managing land acquisition, financing, planning, construction, sales, leasing and asset disposition.
• Identify and pursue expansion opportunities, acquisitions, partnerships and new market entry.
• Establish organizational KPIs, monitor performance and provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to the Board.

Required profile

• Proven senior executive with extensive experience in construction, real‑estate development, property investment, infrastructure or engineering.
• Demonstrated track record of managing large‑scale operations and full P&L responsibility.
• Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen and ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
