President – Construction & Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for an accomplished President to lead the overall business performance, strategic growth, and operational execution of a diversified construction and real estate organization. The role combines executive leadership across construction, real estate development, property investment, and business development, translating the Board’s vision into measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and translate the Board’s strategic vision into annual and long‑term business plans, identifying opportunities for expansion, acquisitions, and new markets.
• Assume full P&L responsibility, driving revenue, profitability, cash flow, and capital allocation while overseeing budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
• Oversee the construction portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Lead real estate development strategy, managing land acquisition, feasibility, financing, planning, construction, sales, leasing, and asset disposition to maximize portfolio value.
• Drive business development initiatives, building relationships with investors, developers, financial institutions, brokers, and strategic partners to expand market presence.

Required profile

• Proven senior executive with extensive experience in construction, real estate development, property investment, infrastructure, or engineering sectors.
• Demonstrated track record of managing large‑scale operations and full P&L responsibilities.
• Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
