About the role

Keller Williams Bahamas is seeking motivated Real Estate Agents to join its Chancellors KW team across several Bahamian islands. The position can be full‑time or part‑time and offers flexibility for hybrid work. Agents operate as independent contractors, helping clients navigate buying, selling, and renting processes while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct market research and comparative analyses to price properties accurately.
• Negotiate contracts and terms on behalf of clients.
• Provide ongoing customer support throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of local real‑estate regulations and market trends.

Required profile

• Valid Bahamas Real Estate License.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the Bahamian real‑estate market.
• Strong customer‑service and sales orientation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
