About the role

We are seeking motivated, organized, and customer‑focused individuals to join our travel team as Remote Travel Consultants. In this independent‑contractor position you will help clients research, plan, and book personalized travel experiences while delivering top‑notch service from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in designing vacations that match their preferences, budgets, and timelines.
• Research destinations, resorts, cruises, transportation options, and travel packages.
• Prepare and present detailed quotes and itineraries.
• Book travel arrangements through approved suppliers and platforms.
• Maintain accurate client and reservation records.
• Monitor payments, deadlines, and final payment dates.
• Stay updated on supplier promotions, destination news, and travel requirements.
• Participate in training, mentorship, and professional‑development sessions.
• Build and nurture long‑term client relationships and grow your independent travel business.

Required profile

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Comfortable using computers, email, and online platforms.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to complete training and continuously learn about the travel industry.
