About the role

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer‑focused Retail Sales Associate to join our store team. You will be the first point of contact for shoppers, handling transactions, promoting products and ensuring a tidy, welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions and recommend products that meet their needs.
• Operate the cash register and POS system, process payments accurately and handle cash responsibly.
• Maintain product displays, restock merchandise and keep the sales floor organized.
• Support the team in achieving daily sales targets and store standards.
• Ensure the store is clean, safe and presentable at all times.

Required profile

• Previous experience in cashier, retail or customer‑service roles (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, honest attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and able to lift typical retail items.
• Team‑player who can meet sales goals and approach customers proactively.
