Security Guard

About the role

The Security Guard ensures the safety and security of guests, team members and property at the Royal Beach Club Paradise Island. Working on‑site, you will patrol indoor and outdoor areas, monitor surveillance equipment and respond to emergencies to maintain a secure environment.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol visible areas both inside and outside the venue to deter and detect suspicious activity.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems 24/7, reporting any irregularities.
• Control access at the main entrance and manage visitor flow.
• Respond promptly to fire alarms, security incidents and guest assistance requests.
• Document and report incidents to the Security Supervisor and emergency team.
• Apply de‑escalation techniques and, when necessary, physical control and restraint in line with company policies.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow security protocols.
• Excellent communication and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
