Security Supervisor

About the role

The Security Supervisor ensures the safety and security of guests, team members, and visitors at a private destination. Working closely with the Safety & Security Manager, this role implements the Destination Security Plan and leads a team of security guards to maintain a secure environment.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol indoor and outdoor areas to maintain visible security presence.
• Report suspicious activity and respond promptly to assistance calls.
• Evaluate incidents, conduct interviews, write reports, and manage crowd control.
• Operate and maintain CCTV systems, key‑management plans, and accommodation databases.
• Ensure compliance with ISPS regulations, local port protocols, and company security SOPs.
• Screen personal items of staff, contractors, visitors, and vendors.
• Develop work schedules, rotation sheets, and overtime approvals.
• Provide warm, professional greetings to guests and team members.
