Senior Associate – Deals Advisory

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Deals and Consulting team in Nassau. You will support clients through mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and restructuring, focusing on valuation, financial analysis and post‑merger integration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client engagements, coordinating with managers and external stakeholders.
• Prepare concise, accurate deliverables and ensure high‑quality work products.
• Participate in project planning, budgeting, staffing, billing and time‑analysis activities.
• Support business development by researching opportunities and assisting proposal teams across the Caribbean region.
• Coach, mentor and lead junior staff in assigned practice areas.
• Maintain compliance and risk‑management activities, including independence checks and client acceptance procedures.
• Identify and discuss issues with leadership, proposing practical solutions.
