Service Supervisor - Freeport

About the role

A proactive, customer-focused Service Supervisor is sought to oversee service operations and make sure solutions reach customers on time. The role coordinates technicians, manages service requests, maintains customer service agreements and drives operational efficiency. It is based in Freeport.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate customer service requests, maintenance activities and Customer Service Agreements (CSAs).
• Prepare, track and follow up on service quotations and work orders.
• Schedule technicians, tools, equipment and parts so jobs finish efficiently.
• Monitor work-in-progress and ensure customer jobs are completed on time.
• Coordinate with technicians, parts personnel and suppliers to support service delivery.
• Review completed work orders and help ensure accurate, timely invoicing.
• Maintain service documentation, company assets and operational records.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and give feedback to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and safety standards.

Required profile

• Vocational degree in Inventory Management, Operations, Mechanical Maintenance or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 1 year as a technician within the company, or 2 years in a similar supervisory or service-coordination role.
• Basic accounting knowledge is an asset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and general computer applications.
• Strong leadership, team coordination, customer service and communication skills.
• Analytical thinking, problem solving, sound decision making and organization.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage several priorities.
• Understanding of performance metrics and service operations.
