Showroom & Client Experience Associate – Kitchen Design & Office Administration

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position supports our new showroom in Nassau, helping clients explore kitchen design options and guiding them through material, finish, and layout selections. You will act as the first point of contact, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while assisting the sales and design teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist showroom visitors, providing product information and design guidance.
• Manage client appointments, respond to inquiries via phone and email, and maintain an organized showroom environment.
• Prepare basic design sketches, proposals, and estimate documents.
• Support sales processes, including follow‑up communication and documentation.
• Handle office administration tasks such as data entry, invoicing assistance, and supplier coordination.
• Collaborate closely with design and sales teams to ensure a seamless client experience from consultation to project completion.

Required profile

• Strong client‑service and communication abilities.
• Basic sales knowledge and comfort explaining product options.
• Analytical mindset with awareness of finance basics for estimates and invoicing.
• Organized, reliable, and detail‑oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Secondary education completed; additional design or business training is a plus.
• Willingness to travel on short notice and to learn kitchen‑design technology.
