Sourcer, Private Destinations

About the role

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a full‑time Sourcer for its Private Destinations business. Based in Nassau, Bahamas, you will partner with the Shipboard Recruiting team to proactively build talent pipelines and support hiring managers across entry‑level and functional roles.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with Private Destinations talent needs.
• Build talent pipelines using social media, job boards, niche sites, and internal ATS/CRM tools.
• Create candidate pipelines ahead of demand and manage real‑time requisitions.
• Collaborate with recruiters to shape market strategies, share competitive intelligence, and support inbound sourcing.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and maintain strong relationships.
• Assist with recruitment marketing initiatives, events, and candidate communications.
• Maintain Smartsheet trackers and ensure KPI targets are met.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least two years of sourcing or talent acquisition experience in a global or reputable organization.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, talent pool management, and global employment regulations.
• Excellent communication, tact, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
• Familiarity with Smartsheet for tracking and reporting.
• Effective use of social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) for talent sourcing.
